Green power marketer Sterling Planet has completed the acquisition of two Oklahoma-based engineering companies — EDG Power Group and Engineering Design Group. With the acquisitions, Sterling Planet now has the combined capability to develop renewable energy generating facilities and market the output nationwide. The company has a total of 175 employees working out of offices in Atlanta, Tulsa, and San Diego.
