PG&E Launches Solar Choice Community Solar Program

February 2016 - PG&E has launched its Solar Choice program, a community solar program available to all PG&E customers. Customers have the option to purchase enough solar energy to meet between 50 and 100 percent of their electricity use. The program sources solar from new projects in Northern and Central California. The Solar Choice program provides solar access and benefits to PG&E's residential and commercial customers regardless of their location or ability to install rooftop solar panels. PG&E previously announced that all of the company's operations service centers will be 100 percent powered by solar energy through PG&E's Solar Choice program.
