SC Johnson Powers Wisconsin Facility with On-Site Wind

SC Johnson has announced the commissioning of two wind turbines on the premises of its Racine, Wisconsin manufacturing plant. The wind turbines are expected to produce roughly 8 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually. Coupled with the company's current use of two on-site cogeneration turbines, the new wind turbines will now allow the company to generate 100 percent of the electricity used by the plant.
