BlueStar Energy Solutions will offer a 100 percent renewable energy product in Pennsylvania in 2011. The BlueStar Renewable Energy Fixed Rate plan is supplied by 100 percent Green-e Energy certified wind.
In January 2011, Pennsylvania's restructuring law will be fully implemented, opening to door for consumers to switch electricity suppliers. The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission has set up a website, PA Power Switch, that enables customers to compare electricity suppliers.
