Seattle Print Company Becomes EPA Green Power Partner

DCG/West, a Seattle-based printing company, has signed up to purchase 100 percent of its electricity, or nearly 2.6 million kilowatt-hours of green power annually, from Seattle City Light's Green Up program. The company was recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for its commitment to green operations and is currently ranked 17th on the EPA's Green Power Partnership Top 20 Printers list. The Green Power Partnership works with more than 1,200 organizations to voluntarily purchase green power to reduce the environmental impacts of conventional electricity use.
