Washington Gas Energy Services, a competitive supplier of electricity and natural gas to MidAtlantic business and residential customers, announced a three-year agreement with The Doubletree Hotel and Executive Meeting Center in Bethesda (MD) to supply wind-generated renewable energy certificates (RECs) equivalent to 100% of the hotel's electricity needs through its CleanSteps program.
