eSA Solutions, a business technology provider specializing in digital printing, announced that it is purchasing carbon offsets to match their emissions from central heating, employee travel, and fleet vehicle use. Under the agreement with Community Energy, Inc., the company will purchase 130 metric tons of Green-e certified carbon offsets from U.S.-based wind farms.
eSA Solutions is a subsidiary of Sandy Alexander, which in 2006 became the first printing company in New Jersey to match 100 percent of their electricity use with a purchase of renewable energy certificates.
