Sutherland Law Goes 100% Green

Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP, a law firm with five offices across the United States and a global client base, announced that it is purchasing renewable energy for 100% of its electricity use. Under the agreement with Sterling Planet, the company will purchase 7.2 million kWh of renewable energy certificates (RECs). Sutherland has also joined the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Green Power Partnership, a group of organizations that have made voluntary commitments to purchase electricity from renewable sources.
