The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting comments on proposed changes to its Green Power Partnership (GPP) program requirements. The changes include modifying the minimum purchase levels required for the smallest partners, increasing the minimum new renewables requirement for product content, and clarifying requirements concerning environmental claims and verification of purchases. Comments should be submitted to Kendall Youngblood at kyoungblood@icfconsulting.com by Friday, November 4, 2005.
